2-Bedroom Rainforest Cottages ...

Carefully placed amongst the natural coastal vegetation, our twenty, two-bedroom, Rainforest Cottages are undoubtedly the most luxurious on the West Coast. All are within an easy stroll of the Lodge and beach. Each cottage, of approximately 1000 sq.ft., offers a ground-floor master bedroom and bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower. The main living area features a sitting area, with sofa bed, gas fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with a choice of one king or two double beds and a bathroom. Each cottage also has an outdoor hot tub, located on a patio off the master suite.


A limited number of pet friendly cottages  are available and must be pre-booked (additional pet fee applies).

LBLR has been a great get-away spot for me and hubby. The staff in the resort are friendly and professional. Cleaning staff do a great job and we feel pampered with all their attention to cleanliness. I always look forward to my classic eggs Benny in the morning. Overall, LBLR deserves a 10! This lodge was perfect for our family of 5 during our Tofino visit. It's about 10 minutes south of Tofino on beautiful Cox Bay, which was perfect for our kids to play frisbee and volleyball on the beach. Even in bad weather we spent time out on the beach. The cottage was perfect for us and felt really roomy. Dinner in the Great Room was wonderful and all the staff was so pleasant. This was the most pet-friendly place we've been to in a while. Fantastic visit. "Another Great Stay!"

We've been taking winter breaks in Tofino/Ucluelet for almost 20 years and enjoy the lack of crowds and ability to beach walk & experience some awesome winter storms. Long Beach Lodge makes a great base as we take our 2 labs and book one of the a dog friendly rooms on the ground floor that have walk out to the beach and a great view. This year was no exception with no rain while we were there and 2 days of storm force winds that made for great breaking surf. The room was great as always, staff all excellent and we ate 2 nights in the restaurant enjoying great meals and good beer both nights. An added plus was a new bank of 8 Level2 EV chargers (CCS) by the entrance with complimentary charging for guests, so keeping the car charged for drives to hiking locations and in prep for out return home was totally painless.
